Sanitary Rotating Racking Arm Valve is an necessary part of any conical fermenter. Typically found in the bottom cone of a cylindroconical fermentation tank, the racking arm is rotated slowly downward drawing off clear liquid until the fine sediment of yeast beogins to trickle through.It is widely applied to many fileds,such as red wine,beer,beverage,dairy food,fruit juice,pharmacy,biological etc.

Installation method:
Stop leaving clean, perfectly good, beer in your conical fermenter and always drain from the perfect height with our tri-clover style rotating racking arm. Remove your existing tri-clamp valve and place this rotating racking arm between the tank and your valve. When it is time to rack off, slightly loosen the clamp nearest the tank and use the built in handle to rotate to just about the trub level.
We suggest you assemble the rotating arm and valve in such a way that the arm is pointed in the same direction as the handle on the valve. In this manner you always know the racking arm is positioned in the fermenter.
